Pediatricians

We are five physicians (MDs/DO) offering well and sick care from birth to college age in St Petersburg and Largo, FL. Drs. Weinberger, Bharucha, Kim, Banks and Hayes have specific training in pediatrics beyond medical school and are all board-certified.

Staff

We have experienced nurses (RNs and LPNs) and medical assistants dedicated to the medical care of your child.

After hours

Our board-certified pediatricians are on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days per week, including holidays. If your child has an urgent medical concern that cannot wait until the office opens, you may call our office phone (727) 525-2161. We offer urgent care appointments Saturday mornings at the St Pete location.

Referrals

Except in cases of emergency, referrals to any specialists require one week’s notice in order to obtain the proper authorization from your insurance carrier. If you require a referral, please contact the office for assistance. Most insurance companies require you to see your pediatrician before you can see a specialist.

Medication Refills

If your child is up to date on his/her annual physical, you may request a refill through our portal or your pharmacy may fax a refill request to our office at (727) 527-1968. Please allow 48 hours to process your request. For ADHD patients, by law, most ADHD medications must be monitored by a physician evaluation of your child every three months.
